Physicians: How To Join Our Panel

For Physicians who would like to join our Panel:

If you are interested in working with us, please contact our Medical Director, Richard Marks, M.D. through our Seattle Office.

All applicants must be board certified in their specialty(ies), hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Washington State, as well as the State(s) in which you currently practice. Current active practice is preferred, or past active practice of no less than ten (10) years.

We prefer physicians with no prior experience with other providers of independent medical evaluations. Our standards are distinctly different, rigorous and in no way similar to other companies.

All applicants will be submitted for approval as a preferred provider under the auspices of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A current provider number is required to become a member of our panel.

An applicant must be able to spend at least one full day in our offices, training with our physicians, in order to be able to meet our standards and learn our procedures.
